Accessibility
Accessibility statement.
Audit Sherpa aims to provide accessible digital services for people using the public site, dashboard, signup, checkout entry, and billing flows.
Target baseline
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 AA where applicable and align our implementation with EN 301 549 principles for web and software accessibility. This statement is not a certification or guarantee of legal compliance.
Current approach
- Public pages include keyboard focus styles, skip links, semantic landmarks, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support.
- Dashboard controls are designed to be reachable by keyboard and to include text labels or screen-reader labels where icons are used.
- Signup, checkout, and billing flows use visible labels, actionable error messages, and text-based status information.
Known limitations
Paddle-hosted checkout and billing portal surfaces are third-party payment interfaces. Audit Sherpa keeps its checkout entry and return states accessible, while the hosted payment experience also depends on Paddle's implementation.
Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us with the page or workflow, the assistive technology or browser used, and a short description of the issue.
