What happens when a plan changes

  • Self-serve upgrades open Paddle checkout and apply after the payment is confirmed.
  • Downgrades or cancellations may require cleanup if repositories or seats exceed the new limit.
  • Past-due or failed payments block new billable actions while existing audit data remains visible.

Data boundary stays the same

Source code is not uploaded by design. Audit bundles can include generated report data, metadata, paths, branch and commit information, tool summaries, and evidence fields.

Legal and billing documents

Plan changes, checkout, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and retention are subject to the published policies and the selected payment-provider flow.
